PROCESSING TIME

Our treats are baked in small batches with lots of love!

For the ultimate in freshness, we aim to bake your order as soon as possible. Please allow approximately 2 business days for processing before shipment.

Note that treats with icing or frosting may require an additional day to dry thoroughly before we can proceed with the shipment.

Should you require your treats to be delivered by a specific date, kindly inform us in advance so that we can make sure they are prepared and shipped promptly to meet your deadline.

Prior to shipment, we meticulously hand-package each item to ensure the highest level of quality.

While we suggest opting for Priority USPS shipping to minimize treat travel time, rest assured that we will ship according to your preferred/chosen method as indicated in your order.

After handing over your shipment to the carrier, Terrier & Hound holds no responsibility for any potential loss, misplacement, or damage that may occur during transit. If you come across any of these situations, kindly reach out to the shipping carrier for further assistance.

Our preservative-free, all-natural dog treats are baked with care. Kindly follow the treat storage guidelines provided below.

Crunchy Treats

By dehydrating our crunchy treats, we naturally extend their shelf life for up to 12 months.

For optimal preservation, store in a cool, dark location.
